Paris Leticia Flannigan was born in Houston, Texas, but raised in Lawtell, Louisiana. She is an experienced journalist who strives to perfect her craft daily in the demanding world of journalism.

She began her career at KADN/FOX 15 in Lafayette after completing her bachelor's degree in mass communications from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in fall 2015. Initially, she worked as an audio operator for KADN's Morning News. In her free time, she volunteered to shadow reporters and enhance her abilities. In 2017, she became the weekend photographer, helping the station cover the latest and breaking news. Her most significant moment was covering the 2017 death of Corporal Micheal Paul Middlebrook.

Following two years at KADN/FOX 15, the Creole native relocated to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to embark on a career as a reporter for ABC affiliate WBRZ. During her time there, she reported on and broke the story of the tragic death of LSU's rising basketball star, Wayde Sims, and the manhunt for Matthew Mire alongside veteran news anchor Earl Phelps. Over the next few years, Paris worked as a photographer, assisting in filming significant projects and accompanying award-winning journalists. She credits her skills to the late Roderick Mckee, a veteran WBRZ photographer and journalist who died of cancer in 2022.

On August 28th of this year, Paris Flannigan joined the KATC family, ready to hit the streets, covering the daily stories that impact our communities. In her spare time, she owns and operates a videography company, BlueMckee Productions. She enjoys spending time with her mom, watching 60 minutes and dramas on Netflix. She also loves to travel and hopes to visit Europe soon.
