Senior Summer Ellyson pitched another perfect game, finishing with 11 strikeouts in 6 innings of work.
Against her old team, Sophomore transfer Kendall Talley went 2-3 with an RBI double and a triple. The Cajuns hit 3 home runs in the contest, with Julie Rawls getting the party started with a 2-run shot in the 1st. Sarah Hudek and Taylor Roman completed the run-rule victory with solo homers in the 5th and 6th, respectively.
Next up, the Cajuns will host 3 games at Lamson Park this weekend, including a matchup with No. 7 LSU, Saturday at 4 pm.
