HOUSTON, Tx. — The Houston Texans are adding former LSU and Westgate standout Kayshon Boutte.
The Texans acquired Boutte from the New England Patriots in exchange for safety Jaylen Reed and a 2028 seventh-round draft pick.
Boutte, a former sixth-round pick, is coming off a productive 2025 season with New England.
He finished the season with 33 receptions for 551 yards and six touchdowns.
The Westgate product spent three seasons at LSU, where he established himself as one of the top receivers in the country before entering the NFL.
Boutte now joins a Houston receiving corps that includes Nico Collins and gives the Texans another big-play option heading into the 2026 season.
