OPELOUSAS — The 2nd time was the charm for Opelousas Catholic in 2018.
After falling in the district title game to Catholic of Pointe Coupee in 2017, the Vikings got their chance at revenge and capitalized, taking the District 5-1A crown.
Now, the Vikings have a chance to repeat as district champs and reach rare history
"That's one of the goals we talked to them as freshman," Vikings Head Coach Thomas David said. "When you walk out, You want people to talk about you as one of the most decorated and celebrated classes. When you're a senior now it's your time to really write your legacy."
