The Acadiana Wreckin' Rams defeated Alexandria 35-34 in Natchitoches Wednesday night to repeat as Class 5A champions.
This is the Rams' 6th title in program history. This is also the 4th state title for the Acadiana area, joining Carencro, St. Thomas More and Lafayette Christian.
Acadiana Running Back Tyvin Zeno was named Most Outstanding Player, after rushing for 100 yards on 21 carries for 2 touchdowns.
