In Lafayette, eyes are on the Vermilion River as it rises in the heavy rains of Hurricane Delta.
Scott Brazda says they are thinking it will crest at around 11 or 12 feet.
A curfew is in place for Lafayette from 4 p.m. Friday until 8 a.m. Saturday.
