EUNICE, La. - A man who was shot during a shootout in Eunice has been arrested.

Brandon Ndubueze, 21, of Eunice, was arrested by Eunice Police Tuesday and charged with four counts of attempted second degree murder and simple criminal damage to property.

His charges stem from the Saturday ambush style shootout that occurred on Townhome Drive in Eunice, according to Chief of Police Randy Fontenot.

Ndubueze is accused of approaching the Townhome Dr. residence and opening fire on individuals outside of the home.
