Police again responded to a shooting on Townhome Drive in Eunice, the second time in a week.

Dustin "Goldmouth" Johnson was arrested last weekfor his shooting spree at the particular house, according to Chief of Police Randy Fontenot. No one was injured in that shooting.

Saturday, May 9, at 11:00 P.M. police were again charged with investigating a shooting at the same house.

"This house has been the target of shootings going back to last year, the subject of a search warrant resulting in arrests and the scene of various other activities," Fontenot commented.

This shooting, however, was a little different in that there were victims injured in this shootout. One victim, Damarquis Robinson, 27, AKA "KK", of Townhome Drive, was transported by family to the hospital for treatment to his injuries following the shooting.

A second suspect/victim, Brandon Ndubueze, 21 of Anne Street, Eunice, was located by officers a couple of hours into the investigation. Ndubueze was found injured with a gunshot wound, hiding in a wooded area a short distance from the scene, Chief Fontenot stated.

As of Sunday morning, Robinson remained hospitalized with his injuries and Ndubueze has been released from the hospital and is being held in the Eunice City Jail.

This investigation is ongoing.
