A man is accused of attempted murder after shooting at an apartment complex Sunday afternoon in Eunice.
Dustin B. Johnson, 33, of Eunice, was arrested by police on a bench warrant for five counts of attempted murder for the shooting, according to Chief Randy Fontenot.
Fontenot stated that several people witnessed the shooting and were able to make a description to police.
One woman was outside with children during the shooting and was able to get everyone inside safely, the Chief added.
Bond is set at $250,000 with condition of home incarceration and ankle monitoring.
He is being held pending a bond revocation hearing on his pending charge set for next Thursday.
