VPSO: Man convicted on Obstruction of Justice, Conspiracy in connection with April 2014 homicides

John Curtis Primeaux, 38, was convicted on November 15 in the 15th Judicial District Court of one count of Obstruction of Justice and one count of Conspiracy to Commit Obstruction of Justice, according to Vermilion Parish Sheriff Department Public Information Officer Captain Drew David.

Primeaux's convictions are related to his actions in tampering with evidence as it related to the homicides of Cody Fell and Abigail Clark between April 15 and April 16, 2014.

A recent arrest was made in the case when Tosanwomy Mason Gee was arrested on warrants for Principle to First Degree Murder, Obstruction of Justice, and Aggravated Arson.

The VPSO Criminal Investigations Division advises that more arrests are possible as the investigation continues.
