Gov. John Bel Edwards signed a disaster relief executive order that suspends the regulatory procedures of vehicles, trucks, and loads during Barry.
Under the order, certain restrictions will be waived for commercial motor carriers traveling on public highways for the purpose of emergency preparedness and disaster relief efforts.
The order is applicable through Friday, July 26 unless otherwise changed.
