Tropical Storm Sebastien has formed in the Atlantic with 45 mph winds.
The storm is very lopsided with all the convection to the right of the center of circulation.
Sebastien could strengthen slightly in the next 24-36 hours but by Thursday the storm should merge with an approaching frontal system coming off the East Coast.
Good news is this storm will stay away from the United States and remain out over open waters.
Sebastien could be the final storm of the 2019 as the hurricane season officially ends November 30th.
