There is nothing to complain about with Tuesday’s weather forecast, and let’s be honest in the summer time in Louisiana there’s usually plenty to complain about when it comes to the weather.
A rare summer cold front pushed through Acadiana on Monday, while the impacts may not be as drastic as fronts in the winter they’re certainly more appreciated.
The dewpoint has been sitting in the low 60s Tuesday morning, meaning that the atmosphere hasn’t had the consistency of pudding and allowed a comfortable temperatures of around 70.
Outside of a few fair weather clouds it’s shaping up to be a very pleasant forecast with temperatures pushing into the mid to upper 80s.
Although this go around they won’t be accompanied by a heat index that has stretched all the way up to the century mark.
We’ve got a couple more mornings like Tuesday with cooler evening expected to last through the remainder of the week.
It never lasts that long though and we’ll be right back to the muck of summer by the time Saturday morning rolls around.
