It was an astonishingly great forecast this weekend and as we turn the calendar over to May, weekends like that will start to become a little rarer.
We’ve made it to that time of year again, as the weather will slowly slip into a summer pattern this work week.
That’s not to say there won’t be the occasional snap of refreshment, but those will be a little more rare for the next several months.
Monday’s weather will be the start of that turn around with a strong breeze coming in from the south and dragging in that Gulf moisture.
The biggest impact from that increase in moisture is going to be the overnight lows which are inching up this week.
Highs in the afternoon will be sitting in the mid 80s with partly sunny skies, and with the humidity increasing it’ll feel a little warmer outside than the thermometer reads.
The end of the week all that moisture will culminate in an unsettled forecast that looks like some pop up showers over the weekend.
