The threat of severe weather has come to an end across Acadiana, right on schedule I might add, and we can now look ahead to the rest of the day.
Skies will slowly show signs of clearing by Thursday evening, which is good news for Festival goers as the weather will all be well to the east.
Clearing skies will allow temperatures to drop, and we will be looking at a morning in the low 60s, almost perfect outside.
This will set the stage for the remainder of the weekend with ample sunshine, cool mornings and warm afternoons.
A weather pattern like this should make this a festival to remember.
