It was a wet start to Tuesday with a morning front dragging along a round of showers and storms as it moved eastward.

Those showers are tapering off now and the rest of the day is looking vastly improved from the morning, it’ll be hard to believe they were part of the same forecast.

Clouds will gradually clear through the day with sunshine starting to poke through a little after lunch which will help the temperatures from truly bottoming out.

While the colder air that has rushed in has sent temperatures into the mid 50s some afternoon sunshine will help drag them into the low 60s where they’ll sit for the afternoon.

As soon as the sun sets, however, there won’t be any clouds to limit the cool down and we will see lows in the low 40s and upper 30s Wednesday morning.

Winds will be breezy and fresh but won’t be gusting as heavy as they were earlier as the front pushed through this morning.

Now that the inclement weather has moved on we are looking at a pretty spectacular forecast on Wednesday with brilliant blue skies and comfortable temperatures.

The rest of this work week will be really pretty weather with a slow return to warm, muggy and cloudy starting over the weekend.
