A cold start to a week that will have temperatures up and down so buckle up we’ve got a bit of a roller coaster to get through this week.
Winds will gradually shift from east to south through the day on Monday which will in turn drag in warmer, more moist air into the region.
Clouds will build up late Monday afternoon after a sunny first half, and the clouds overnight will keep temperatures sitting in the low 50s.
After they settle in the clouds will stick around for a few days and winds will remain steady from the south so temperatures will be above average on Tuesday.
This comes out ahead of the next front which will swing through bringing some chilly rain on Wednesday and a few scattered showers ahead of it on Tuesday.
That’s when temperatures will drop again with freezing expected by Thursday morning.
