Gross weather moves in for another day

Dreary weather seems to be sticking around for another day, this time adding in some gusty winds to go along with everything else.

Thursday will see wrap around moisture from the back end of a low pressure system sweep across the area bringing in some light showers through the morning.

This won’t be anything more than some nuisance rain with rain totals looking fairly light and should be easing up by the afternoon.

Once the showers come to an end though the winds will start to pick up eventually coming out of the north around 15-20 mph.

That’s some fairly cold air rushing in which won’t help with our already struggling temperatures with highs staying in the low 50s, although it’ll feel colder than that outside.

It doesn’t appear as if there will be much sunshine Thursday with stubborn clouds lingering through most of the day, although by the evening we will start seeing some clearing from west to east.

The clear skies will set the stage for what will be a chilly, but otherwise very pretty wrap up to the work week, and a jumpstart to a warming holiday weekend.
