The payoff from all that rain we had to deal with has finally arrived, and it’s safe to say Wednesday’s forecast was worth a wet Tuesday morning.
Skies have cleared and it’ll be wall to wall sunshine, something we haven’t seen in Louisiana for the last couple of weeks.
Temperatures will be right on average with the highs getting up around 65 in the afternoon, with just enough of a breeze to keep things fresh.
We will see a slow increase in clouds overnight and sunshine will become patchier and patchier over the next several days.
This will come along with a gradual warm up, both of which can be attributed to a slow change in the winds going from north to south.
Clouds will build through the weekend eventually giving way to some showers by Sunday afternoon, so enjoy Wednesday’s forecast while you can.
