Clouds will be clearing out this evening setting up a chilly night with temperatures dropping down into the upper 30s and lower 40s.
Here is a look at the latest hour-by-hour temperatures for tonight.
After the chilly start Wednesday will be a nice, winter day with lots of sunshine and temperatures warming into the low to mid 60s.
Spring-like temperatures in the low to mid 70s return Thursday and Friday thanks to a stiff breeze developing out of the SSW at 14-22 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
Saturday looks to be another warm day with highs in the mid to upper 70s as a cool front will stall just to our north.
A secondary cool front will then slide through Acadiana on Sunday bringing a slight chance for a few showers and dropping temperatures back to near normal in the mid to upper 60s.
Going into next week the forecast flips to a gloomy pattern with lots of clouds and times of isolated showers and storms Monday and Tuesday as a series of fronts waffle over the region.
Wednesday our next cold front swings through Acadiana creating widespread overrunning showers for much of Wednesday and Thursday with temperatures falling behind the front for the second half of the week with highs in the 50s and lows in the 40s.
