The weather pattern remains pretty stagnant across south Louisiana so get ready for a repeat forecast to Monday’s.

This, of course, has meant that there will be a Dense Fog Advisory up until 10:00 am, so make sure that you take it slow on the roadways.

Almost as if to add insult to industry there are a few light showers pushing across Acadiana so not only is visibility poor but there are some wet patches on the road.

Temperatures are continuing to run in the upper 70s which is a solid 15 degrees or so above their average for this time of year.

A few scattered showers and even a thunderstorm or two will be possible in the afternoon, but those will be very isolated and short lived.

Wednesday’s weather pattern won’t be much different and we won’t have much change until late Thursday when the next front swings through the area.

While we’re warm the next few days temperatures will drop quickly through the day on Friday and stay chilly into the weekend.
