We’re on the road again with Tools for Schools, this time to New Iberia Senior High School, where thanks to the help of Jim Olivier’s Family of Companies we’re making a delivery.
Teacher Alvin Leblanc asked for some calculators for his class.
"We put a request in for calculators for the young people to use," Leblanc said. "We’re a little lacking with that. so this is gonna allow them, that i can give them more test questions."
Leblanc said the calculators will help students get more work done.
"They can accomplish a little bit more, because when they’re on their job, they will be able to use their computers and calculators to be able to do tough math… to be able to solve problems," he said.
