ST. MARTIN PARISH — KATC's Joshua Moton spoke with Police Chief Ricky Martin, who says he will retire after eight years leading the St. Martinville Police Department.
Martin says he will officially announce his retirement during Monday’s St. Martinville City Council meeting.
He also says he is looking forward to the next chapter of his career with the sheriff’s office.
