Louisiana Soccer moving matches ahead of Delta

Ragin’ Cajuns to face Little Rock on Friday, Central Arkansas on Sunday

LAFAYETTE — With Hurricane Delta set to make landfall later this week along the Louisiana Gulf Coast, Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns Women’s Soccer matches against Little Rock and Central Arkansas, both originally scheduled to be played this week in Lafayette, will be moved to the state of Arkansas, it was announced on Wednesday.

Louisiana will face Little Rock in a Sun Belt Conference match on Friday in Little Rock, Ark. before wrapping up the weekend on Sunday against Central Arkansas in Conway, Ark. Times for both matches will be announced.

Should disruptions or modifications to the 2020 season occur due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Department of Athletics will quickly communicate the adjustments through its social media channels and RaginCajuns.com. Additionally, the department will communicate any changes to specific entry and attendance protocols for home matches.
