Louisiana's Raymond Calais and Robert Hunt earned invites to the NFL's rookie scouting combine.

The annual event takes place in Indianapolis. A notable Louisiana snub is All-American guard Kevin Dotson who along with receiver Ja'marcus Bradley have not been invited despite expected NFL futures. One writer for an NFL team called Dotson the most "biggest surprise."

Most people in attendance at the Shrine Bowl would have named Dotson as one of the most impressive players there throughout the week of practice. A big, strong four-year starter at guard, Dotson showed off better-than-expected foot quickness in St. Petersburg. Dotson is perhaps the biggest surprise of all of the players on this list. -- Fran Duffy - Philadelphia Eagles

Sixteen LSU Tigers received invites, Michigan and Ohio State earned 11.

The NFL invited 337 prospects to the combine, there are a little more than 250 draft picks each season.
