Louisiana football will play Coastal Carolina at home on Saturday October 10. A move that comes a day after the Cajuns' October 7th game against Appalachian State was postponed due to numerous positive Covid-19 tests on the Mountaineers' team.
The Cajuns and Chanticleers were originally scheduled to meet the following week, October 17th, which would have created a 21-day layoff between games for Louisiana.
Kickoff at Cajun Field is set for 11 a.m. and will air on ESPN2.
Louisiana has pushed back its homecoming back to Saturday, November 7th against Arkansas State.
