Miamia (OH) finished first in the Mid American Conference. Louisiana beat a MAC foe earlier in the year, Ohio University, 45-25.
The Redhawks are a run-fist offense, rushing on about 62-percent of their plays.
The teams have met two time previously, Miami is 2-0 in those meetings, which both occurred in the early 1990s.
