Louisiana softball announced it's added Baylor on March 4 for a double-header, the first game will be played at 4 p.m.
It's a rescheduled meeting against the Bears who were initially booked to come to Lafayette for the Cajuns' season-opening Louisiana Classic, which was canceled due to weather.
The meeting marks the 9th and 10th games currently scheduled against top-25 teams. Louisiana will play ranked teams LSU, Oklahoma State, Baylor, Alabama and Texas this year. Four of those teams currently rank inside the top-11 on the coaches poll.
