LSU is reportedly rewarding Ed Orgeron for leading the Tigers to a national championship.
According to Bruce Feldman of Fox Sports and the Athletic, LSU and Orgeron have agreed to a six-year contract extension worth more than $42 million dollars.

In his second full year as the Tigers' head coach, Orgeron led LSU to its first-ever 15-0 season and its fourth-ever football national championship. Orgeron is 40-9 since taking over after Les Miles's firing in the middle of the 2016 season.
