It’s the first Friday in November and that means district titles are on the line in high school football. one of those titles could be decided tonight as Rayne High School visits Saint Thomas Moore.
It’s a battle of one-loss teams as Rayne coming in at 7-1 takes on 8-1 STM. While STM will be considered the favorite in tonight’s matchup, they’ll have to slow down a Rayne running attack’s one-two punch that may be the best in district 4.
While STM can win District 4 outright tonight with a win, Rayne can crown itself co-champions with STM if it wins tonight’s matchup. If that happens then both teams would share the title with Teurlings Catholic if they beat Carencro later tonight.
