Iberia Mental Health Initiative presents video series to help children adjust during pandemic

NEW IBERIA, La. — The Iberia Mental Health Initiative is partnering with Dr. Annie Spell, a clinical child psychologist, to present a video series to help parents and teachers help children adjust to the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to a release, Building Resilience in our Children During a Pandemic is a psycho-education video series providing guidance to parents and teachers on helping children adjust to the ever-changing circumstances and the “new normal,” as well as focusing on building resilience during times of stress or adversity.
