The weather will return to normal on Tuesday, with what's left of Barry now well to our north, and Acadiana can continue the clean up process from the damage the storm left behind.
There's a massive amount of moisture in the atmosphere which will fuel a round of scattered showers and thunderstorms that will pop up through the remainder of the day.
These showers won't last all that long but there will be the occasional heavy downpour and some of the storms could end up on the strong side.
Temperatures are going to be be in the low 90s but that humidity will send the heat index soaring into the triple digits, please take it easy during clean up today and make sure you drink plenty of water.
