While the calendar may sit in mid March the weather will be feeling a little more like mid May with warm temperatures and fairly muggy conditions.

The overall weather pattern is starting to look a little more summer like with winds bringing in plenty of moisture which will sit with us through the rest of the week.

Temperatures will sit in the low to mid 80s Monday afternoon, and these kind of temperatures will be the norm through the rest of the work week.

An isolated shower or two will be possible, although remaining very short lived, and the result mainly of all the moisture in the atmosphere.

As high pressure builds in the Gulf of Mexico this week temperatures will work they're way into the upper 80s and the heat index may push close to 90.

Better rain chances by the weekend and temperatures cooling down post front next week.
