ABBEVILLE, La. - The candlelight vigil in Abbeville has been canceled due to cold weather.
The vigil was to raise public awareness about those who have lost their lives to violent crimes, child abuse, drug abuse, domestic abuse, suicide, disease or illness.
The event was scheduled to take place at the Louisiana Cattle Festival Red Barn
The vigil will be rescheduled for a later date.
