A bomb threat led to the evacuation of the St. Mary Parish Courthouse in Franklin Monday morning.
Franklin Police say they received the call of a bomb threat at the courthouse around 8:35 am.
The building was evacuated and searched for any suspicious devices by law enforcement officials.
A K-9 bomb dog was also deployed to search the area.
The building has been cleared and is currently under normal business operations.
The police department says that they are working to uncover the identity of the caller.
A similar threat to the courthouse was made on Thursday, January 23.
