Third St. Martinville Police Department employee placed on administrative leave

ST. MARTINVILLE, La. — St. Martinville Police Department have confirmed with KATC that another one of its employees has been placed on paid administrative leave.

SMPD said that the latest employee is on leave over a claim of sexual harassment by another employee.

On Wednesday, SMPD Chief Ricky Martin told KATC that two SMPD employees had been placed on paid administrative leave pending a criminal investigation after several hundred dollars went missing from the department's processing room.
