Lanes are blocked coming and going on Interstate 10 at this hour.
DOTD reports that the right lane is blocked I-10 West at Louisiana Avenue due to a stalled vehicle. Congestion has reached 1 mile in length.
DOTD also reports that the left lane is blocked on I-10 East before LA 3177 (Butte La Rose) due to a stalled vehicle. Congestion is minimal at this time.
