EUNICE, La. - Two people have been indicted in the shooting death of a Eunice man.

The grand jury indicted Demyron L. Skinner of Eunice on a charge of second-degree murder in the death of De'Omante Frank. Lainey Claire Lomas, 18, also of Eunice, was indicted for accessory after the fact to second degree murder in Frank's death.

According to police, De'Omaante Frank was riding a bicycle on November 4, 2019, on E. Maple Ave. A vehicle pulled up beside him and, according to witnesses, seven to ten shots rang out from the vehicle.

De'Omante Frank was struck once in the side. He was transported to a hospital where he died from his injuries.

Police arrested 19-year-old Demyron L Skinner days later in connection to the shooting.

Lomas was the alleged driver in the shooting.
