We've made it to another weekend, although this doesn't really mean a change in our weather pattern at all.
Friday is another hot day with highs up around 93 with mostly sunny skies, heat index should push up around 104 in the afternoon.
Showers will be a little more isolated than they have been of late, popping up most down along the coast and remaining pretty isolated.
There's still plenty of moisture in the atmosphere though and so showers will be a little more widespread by the time we get into the weekend.
Widely scattered showers will be with us both Saturday afternoon and Sunday, so if you've got yard work to do your window is Friday and early Saturday.
