Quiet start to the week but showers return by Wednesday

It's not the nicest start to the work week with foggy/misty conditions across Acadiana which will make for a slightly tricky commute early Monday morning.

The good news, though, is that these low lying clouds should start to lift through the late morning and early afternoon allowing the sunshine to come out.

Highs will move up into the mid 60s with some of that sunshine, although with the clear skies later Monday night the lows will fall into the upper 40s.

Skies won't stay clear for long with clouds streaming in through the day on Tuesday and eventually giving way to showers and storms by early Wednesday.

There's no severe weather expected with this front but it will be a sloppy commute for everyone on Wednesday morning.
