GEICO announced this week The GEICO Giveback program, which offers a 15 percent credit to all auto and motorcycle customers as policies come up for renewal between April 8 and October 7, 2020.
The credit will also apply to any new policies purchased during this period as part of the company's efforts to assist policyholders during this time.
Current customers can expect to see the credit when their policy renews. You do not need to take any action to see the credit
Credits are expected to average $150 per auto policy and $30 per motorcycle policy.
The company also announced last month they are pausing the cancellation of coverage due to non-payment and policy expiration at least through April 30, 2020. The pause is automatic for policyholders.
