"I certainly understand there is some concern, there's some questions by the community, by folks around the state, probably folks around the nation. 'Is there anyone else going to be charged in this case?' I will tell you that this case is an active, ongoing investigation," said Director of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Vic Reynolds.

Crowds gathered at the Glynn County Courthouse in Brunswick, Georgia on Friday in honor of Ahmaud Arbery, a young black man who was killed while jogging through a neighborhood in February.

The father and son accused in the shooting were charged Thursday.

The tone of today's rally was frustration over another black man being killed for living his life, and that the justice system only took action because the video of the shooting was leaked.

"We have two justice systems in America," said the Arbery family attorney Benjamin Crump. "One for black America and one for white America. So we want the same justice for Ahmaud Arbery. America, it is 2020, not 1920."
