A 14-year-old Virginia teenager who was last seen at her home on October 21.
ABC News reports that a tip called into investigators helped police locate the girl. A caller in Caroline County called the sheriff's office, which then led to a pursuit.
Authorities said the girl, Isabel Shae Hicks, "appeared unharmed." Police said over 400 tips were called in, as people in the community tried to bring Isabel home.
She was traveling with Bruce Lynch, who was arrested when Hicks was found late Wednesday night.
Lynch was spotted by an eyewitness with the teen in Hanover County on Monday.
Police said he had altered his appearance by shaving his beard and wearing new clothing.
Investigators did not give details about where Isabel was found, but said they would offer more details as soon as possible.
