OPELOUSAS, La — The City of Opelousas has entered a contract with a mosquito abatement company to begin spraying city-wide.
For the next two weeks (twice a week), spraying will take place throughout the city to battle the influx of mosquitoes brought on by the recent hurricanes.
Spraying will take place between the hours of 6:00 - 11:00 p.m
