Petsense Abbeville is hosting an Adopt-a-thon today until 3 p.m.
The event will include a pet Halloween costume contest and fleur "dough" lis cookies for sale.
A variety of puppies and dogs, along with other animals, will be available for adoption.
The event will include pets from Animal Aid Vermilion Area.
