A vigil was held tonight in Eunice for De'omannte Frank, who lost his life last month due to gun violence.
Those in attendance stood in solidarity against recent violence in their community.
"We never thought it was going to happen right here in a little small town of Eunice...we are trying to make a statement to the young kids. Stop shooting one another, stop killing one another," said Joseph Lawrence, Eunice civil rights leader.
