Mark B. Dubroc, Director of Public Works, announced today that W. Congress Street between Crawford Street and Eula Drive will be having alternating lane closures starting on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 until Monday, September 30, 2019.
The closure is due to the contractor performing repairs to the concrete roadway.
Motorists are urged to find alternate routes.
