In River Ranch, the snow is just being cleaned up after the annual Mt. Sneaux Day held at The Backpacker this afternoon.
The event featured real snow for the kids to play in and build snowmen, and fun and games for the whole family. There was also hot chocolate, s'mores roasting, a photo booth, giveaways, in-store specials, and more.
"I hope they're inspired by the fun they have here and maybe take advantage of one of our ski trips to go to Colorado for themselves. But just remembering local businesses are here to support the community, and this is a way for us to give back and hopefully just create a fun environment for the Lafayette community," said Tyler Hicks, Vice President of The Backpacker.
