The Scott Boudin Festival said their farewell to last year's queen Ashlyn Hanks Saturday.
Saturday's Farewell Banquet was held at C'est Bon in Scott.
The Boudin Queen represents the festival at events throughout the region and country.
A new queen will be crowned Sunday in a pageant that begins at 2 p.m. at the Scott Event Center.
The 2020 Scott Boudin Festival will be held April 17-19, featuring food, rides, arts and crafts, and of course, boudin.
