Staff at L.J. Alleman Fine Arts Magnet Academy are excited to see a new building on campus.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held Wednesday for the new wing expansion.
The school's principal Eric Luquette says he couldn't wait any longer to get the project rolling.
"I'm very excited to have this building," said Luquette. "I can't wait for it to be done. I can't wait to move the kids in. I can't wait for them to be able to experience what we have going on."
